Continuing NHS Healthcare Funding
Continuing NHS Healthcare funding. If your care needs are significantly high whether you are at home or in a care home you may meet criteria for that care to be funded by the NHS. It is non means tested. We will at no cost assess your circumstances over the phone to see if there is a possibility of you meeting criteria and explain that process in more detail.

Did you know we can make you a cost saving of between £62,000 and £76,000 per year -this is how much care costs in the East of England per year!
Attendance Allowance
This is a non-means-tested benefit for people who struggle most days with day-to-day living either on their own or with the support of another person. Janet is our Attendance Allowance Advisor and she will screen over the phone your current situation to see if you can apply for this benefit. There is not a charge for this initial screening.
Care Home Back Home
It is not unusual for people who self fund their care to find themselves in a care home following a hospital stay. Sometimes the person is on their own unable to organise a return home with the sufficient care and support. We can assess the person and if it is possible to return home we will make that happen. To date 8 people have returned home with the support of one designated Care Coordinator.
