We are your first point of contact, ensuring that you don’t have to worry about handling these problems. We act quickly to resolve the situation, lifting the burden of any inconvenience in your home.

A Revolutionary Support Service
My Care Coordinator offers a revolutionary bespoke coordination service designed to provide dedicated, proactive support to individuals experiencing care for their loved one either in a care home setting or at home. With one DEDICATED Care Coordinator and a comprehensive support team, we ensure that our clients receive targeted personalised assistance seven days a week, twelve hours a day (8am to 8pm).

Simon Jessop
Director/Founder
​Simon has over 44 years experience in health and social care spending much of his career as a qualified social worker around the country and in the USA.
Simon has worked as a Care Coordinator since 2011 and is the founder of this model of working.

Alison Jessop
Director
Alison has worked in the care sector from the roots up- on leaving school Alison started her career in a care home setting and then onto a day care centre.
Alison moved into the complex area of housing vulnerable people in a London borough for 4 years and has also spent 10 years as a Care Quality Commission Inspector.
Amy Parker
Lead
Care Coordinator
Amy has been working as a care coordinator for 6 years and has a wealth of experience from personal experience at home caring for a family member to 9 years working in care homes on a high dependency dementia unit as a Team Leader.

Care Coordinator
Anna has cared for a family member and has spent 15 years working in homecare as a Team Leader.
Anna has also now spent 6 years being a Care Coordinator.
Janet Grantham
Attendance Allowance Advisor
Janet has spent 16 years as a qualified Nurse and has worked for 7 years completing carers assessments for Age UK.
Janet has also been completing Attendance Allowance forms for 8 years.
